Overview

MchaCashi is a personal cash expense tracker app designed for iOS and watchOS. We believe that your personal and financial data is yours alone. Our business model is simple: we sell helper utility services directly, not your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we access and how we protect it.

Data We Collect & Process

MchaCashi stores only the information you explicitly input:

• Expense amounts and currency codes
• Descriptions you type or speak
• Categories assigned to entries
• Timestamps representing when transactions occurred

Data Storage & Cloud Syncing

We do not run, rent, or operate database servers. Your expense records are stored locally on your devices and synchronized securely via Apple's iCloud (using the CloudKit framework) directly to other Apple devices logged into the same Apple ID. Your data is stored entirely within Apple's infrastructure, protected under your Apple account's security keys.

Voice Input & Dictation

To enable fast hands-free tracking, MchaCashi integrates Apple's local Speech Recognition framework. Audio recording only occurs when you activate the dictation feature and is processed locally on-device (or routed through Apple's server-based speech dictation services depending on device settings). We do not record, upload, monitor, or have access to your raw audio or speech recordings.

No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics libraries, advertising SDKs, or data tracking services. There are no web beacons, cookies, or logs sent back to us. Your activities inside the app remain completely anonymous and private.

Data Deletion

You have full ownership of your data. You can delete individual transaction records at any time, or purge your entire local database directly from the settings menu. Deleting your database will automatically propagate deletion queries to your iCloud container.

Children's Privacy

MchaCashi does not knowingly target, interact with, or collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may periodically update this policy. Any changes will be posted immediately on this webpage with the updated date at the top.
